I admit it...I have neglected my blog.

So its been awhile. I realized one day that I still had Christmas songs on my blog...and some people find that annoying I guess. Then I realized it had been over two months since I had written anything, which makes me look realy boring...which I am, but lets pretend I have something interesting to say.

Heres a little catch up.

Thanksgiving was great and everyone came home...which is of course the best part.
The food was great and it was so nice taking a break from Laramie and school and all.

Christmas break was exactly what I needed. I was so ready to just be at home and have the comfort and the food that goes with it.

I do not however particularly enjoy the freezing cold airbed in my freezing cold room. My dad convinced himself that our home did not need heating and we would rely only on the wood stove this winter. good for him...bad for me.

I made some serious cash money. I was able to work at Halliburton for three weeks. I am now stocked up on money and creeper stories that will last till summer. I worked in the chem barn this time so it was kinda cool to see how a different part of it all works, this however is attached to the mechanic shop and pump shop...where my "problems" seem to work. I did get some free food and ice cream..so a girl cant complain too much.

I finally got a new phone. My old one was destroyed, so my dad hooked me up for christmas. I got lots of great presents and some much needed money. Instead of saving my money for bills like a good little poor college student, I bought the best pair of shoes...ever. Boots to be exact. They were on sale so I am justified. I love them and maybe I just needed a pair of boots to make me happy...so there.

The last week of the break I actually took a little time to have a break and quit work a week early. I did some traveling.

First I went to Alicias NEW HOUSE! It is so adorable...to bad she is lame and doesnt want to share pictures of it with everyone in a blog of her own :( There is a room just for me and my only complaint is I dont know how all my clothes and shoes are gonna fit in my closet. It looks amazing and is so fresh and clean...until Amber visited it, her kids got right to business. We mostly just hung out, we watched Bens team lose badly...which was disappointing haha. I also watched their Jr Jazz team practice...which was hilarious. They have got quite the plethora of talent, just not any in the basketball area. I had a great time, even if it was in Evanston.

Next I went down to Ambers. I started the first day off with a chemical peel at Ambers spa place, and wow that was intense. Then I got to drive Austyn home and listen to her stories. She kills me and her mom had told her she was gonna get chicken nuggets so she kept telling me we needed to go to miss wendys. While we waited for Amber in the car while she was getting her eyebrows done, Jed laughed as hard as I have seen at me and I almost died laughing at his throaty laugh. Then me and Austyn went to meet McCaden when she got home from school. McCaden recognized my car and thought it was so funny that she knew that I was inside. I fed tham oreos and old cinnamon rolls for a snack and Austyn had a black face. I finally got to see their finished basement. I think its great that both my sisters have rooms just for me...cuz they are just for me. The basement is amazing and thats where we spent most of the time. I played lots of Dr Mario and beat Josh at Dokapon Kingdom even when he cheated. Its so fun to spend time with my sisters and those kids can sure make my day...oh and Josh and Ben are alright too.
Oh yeah and my favorite thing was Austyns favorite thing to say to me....when I tried to get the girls to pick up the "holly pottits", or when I was trying to get them to settle down to sleep one night..she would say "my dad says I dont have to do what you say", and "my dad says you cant be mean to me". She is a pretty clever one.

Lastly I went to good ole Provo to visit Destry. Which brings me of course to me letting her chop off more hair and turn it RED! I love it...alot! Its so fun after being blond for 21 years to do something crazy that I have always wanted to try. We hung out with some Provo boys and she again tried everything in her power to get me to move there. She uses boys and Olive Garden and it almost works. I also got to do a little shopping and one night we played pranks on poor unsuspecting boys.

Now I am back in Laramie. I know depressing. I am not doing school this semester which is kind of...nay...very awesome. I am planning on working because I am thinking seriously about serving a mission. Its something I have been thinking about and it really feels like the right thing to do.
So I have not found a "real job" like my dad says but I am currently babysitting four days a week for two little girls. Two days is a 4 month old named Tatum and and two days is a 5 month old named Josie. They are adorable and I feel like I am ripping off the parents to get paid to play with babies. They are angels and very easy. Its the perfect job for me but I know I will have to find something less fun for the rest of the hours of the day. Today Josie laughed at me making funny faces and I was like is this seriously my job? I have also started spinning and am planning on getting serious about fitness now that I will be the maid of honor in a tiny tiny dress this summer for one of my best friends. Nothing like a little dress to scare you into getting in shape. I no longer have a roommate because she moved back home now that she is changing her school plans. Its really wierd living alone but not entirely bad. Its kind of making me feel really grown up and I never have to close the door when I pee...I know amazing right. Other than that I just hang out, I went to this amazing thrift/antiquqe store that I have always wanted to go to and realized ITS AMAZING! I found such cool things but since I dont have a big home to decorate I only bought a bunch of sweet records.

So life is laid back and pretty great right now and now that I have written a novel I guess I will get back to chillaxin. much love!
